Booking Instructions
- Choose a service and preferred date/time.

- Add dog details (vaccinations, behaviour notes, medications).
- Confirm booking and pay securely online (or request invoice).
- Bring collar/harness, up-to-date vaccination card and any medications on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept all breeds?
Yes — we welcome all breeds as long as they are safe and suitable for group environments. Certain high-risk behaviours may require assessment and 1-to-1 support.
Do dogs need vaccinations?
Yes. Up-to-date vaccinations are required for daycare and training group classes. Please upload or bring proof at your first visit.
Do you handle reactive dogs?
Reactive dogs are welcome for 1-to-1 training and secure field hire. We can create a tailored plan to build confidence and reduce stress.
Can I stay during grooming?
You are welcome to wait in our reception area. Many dogs settle better when their owners leave briefly — our team will update you on progress.
Is there a trial day?
Yes. All new dogs complete a short assessment visit so we can match them to the right group and keep everyone safe and happy.
